I am dedicated to giving you a great massage. What makes a great massage? In my opinion safe, respectful, thorough, and compassionate touch from the hands of a practitioner with experience, knowledge and a life-long commitment to the principles of good health. I offer massage in the comfort of my office 
conveniently located right off I-271 in Mayfield Village, Ohio, within the offices of the Advanced Spinal Care Center.
I am an Ohio-licensed massage therapist and a reflexologist with over 24 years of experience. I graduated from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1992, and received reflexology certification from Laura Norman & Associates in New York City in 1991. My training includes:
- Swedish Massage
- Medical Massage
- Reiki
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage
- Cranial Sacral Therapy
- Positional Release
- Acupressure, and
- Reflexology
My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space for my clients to experience peace within their lives, as well as deep connection to their highest being. Massage is a way to help you remember that who you are is just right. I aspire to help people vitalize their own connection to wisdom with every massage I give.
Scheduling a massage:
A full-body massage is a one and a quarter hours session.
Reflexology sessions are also available.
Massage is by appointment Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

As the daughter of a journalist and an artist, I grew up in the U.S., Japan, Nigeria, Lebanon, and India. Throughout life, a deep interest in the healing arts continues to inform my journey.
